IT Support Analyst II will be responsible for diving into troubleshooting and helping with issues related to Azure Active Directory, O365, and conference rooms through our Service Now ticketing system, we want to hear from you!**What We're Looking For:**3-5 years of experience in L2 Support and providing top-notch service to end-users and executives.Experience with Service NOW ticketing systemsExpertise in supporting M365, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Teams, and Intune (MDM).Knowledge of Azure Services (like Entra, Virtual Desktop or AVD) and Hybrid AD.Experience with vendor management.A polished professional who can naturally lead and inspire as there is room for growth in the future
