A fast-growing MSP client has engaged Robert Half to find an IT Support Specialist as they continue to grow and promote from within. This is a hybrid role in Edina, MN, requiring candidates to be open to 2-3 days/week onsite after an initial 90-day onsite training period. Responsibilities:• Handle incoming calls from clients and provide them with needed technical guidance.• Use your technical expertise to diagnose customer issues, determining if immediate resolution is possible or if further support is necessary.• Maintain excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and de-escalate any arising situations.• Monitor and address tickets to resolution, ensuring timely and effective follow-up.• During downtime, manage non-call related tickets.• Participate in an on-call schedule for dealing with evening and weekend issues, ensuring that customer support is available round the clock.• Utilize your knowledge of Technical Support, Ticketing System, and Desktop Hardware to provide top-notch service.Our client offers a comprehensive benefits package including PTO, paid holidays, health, vision, and dental insurance, and more.
