The ideal candidate will have experience with QuickBooks Enterprise and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This is an onsite role at our Santa Monica office, providing an excellent opportunity to gain valuable accounting experience in a thriving industry.Key Responsibilities:Assist the Senior Accountant in preparing financial reports and statements.Perform data entry and maintain accurate financial records.Manage invoicing processes and ensure timely payments.Reconcile bank and credit card statements.Assist with accounts payable and receivable tasks.Prepare and post journal entries as needed.Assist in the month-end and year-end close process.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
