We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sales Engineer/Key Account Manager in Hanover, Pennsylvania. The Account Manager will establish growth strategies, lead contract negotiations, and coordinate client accounts.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage customer relationships at all levels
- Promote our products to key accounts both locally and regionally
- Enhance business growth with selected customers while improving profitability
- Collaborate closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to meet customer requirements
- Establish a long-term growth strategy for accounts, coordinating with global sales
- Coordinate activities aimed at customer satisfaction and business growth
- Follow up on business opportunities with relevant organizational units to capture new business
- Organize benchmarking and cross-fertilization activities to replicate success stories
- Expand our understanding of the customer
- Act as the liaison with the market for developing new concepts/offers in the area of company expertise
- Ensure that sales and profit align with expectations and targets set by the management.
- Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking sales and customer interactions.
- Demonstrated experience with Crystal Reports for generating insightful sales reports.
- Understanding of commission functions within a sales team.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate sales strategies and proposals.
- Ability to apply consultative sales techniques to understand customer needs and propose suitable solutions.
- Familiarity with Aircraft Engines, particularly in relation to their sales and marketing.
- Experience or interest in the Aerospace industry would be advantageous.
