Salary: $16.15 to $18.70 hourly

Description

We have a contract to permanent employment opportunity within the Government industry, located in the Roselle, New Jersey area. This role involves processing customer applications, maintaining accurate customer records, and resolving customer inquiries as part of our team.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls, responding to inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
• Manage data entry tasks with precision, ensuring all customer credit applications are processed accurately.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date customer credit records.
• Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word to manage, analyze, and communicate data effectively.
• Ensure all email correspondence is addressed promptly and professionally.
• Schedule appointments, managing and coordinating schedules to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor customer accounts diligently, taking appropriate action when necessary.
  
  
  

Requirements

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent telecommunication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality customer service.
• Proficient data entry skills, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
• Skilled in email correspondence, able to manage and respond to a high volume of emails.
• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook for email communication and scheduling.
• Ability to create and edit presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing.
