We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in the Real Estate Developers industry, located in Trenton, NJ. Your primary responsibilities will include providing administrative support, managing customer-related inquiries, and ensuring the precise and timely processing of applications and work orders. This position offers a long-term contract employment.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a welcoming and detail-oriented atmosphere.
- Effectively manage incoming inquiries, providing accurate and prompt responses.
- Help customers with their applications, ensuring all details are accurately captured and processed.
- Offer comprehensive administrative support to the Property Manager, contributing to the seamless operation of the business.
- Handle work orders efficiently, ensuring all customer requests are addressed promptly and appropriately.
- Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) to maintain and organize files, and perform data entry tasks.
- Operate a multi-line phone system, managing calls in a detail-oriented and efficient manner.
- Uphold a high standard of customer service, addressing customer needs and resolving their inquiries.
- Use Yardi software for various administrative and customer service tasks.
- Use strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain positive relationships with customers and team members.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role required
- Proficient in administrative assistance tasks
- Experience in answering multi-line phone systems
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to perform accurate data entry tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and relationship building
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word
- Experience in organizing files and maintaining filing systems
- Knowledge of Yardi software is advantageous
