We are currently seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our boutique law firm client's team in the Gilbert / Chandler area. In this role, you will be responsible for managing complex litigation cases, providing guidance to entry-level associates, and ensuring the efficient operation of our client's law firm. Billable target of 1500 hours and focus on work / life balance.
Responsibilities
Arizona State Bar - active license
5 years of litigation experience

Responsibilities
- Effectively and efficiently handle civil litigation cases
- Provide guidance and mentorship to entry-level associates in the firm
- Utilize case management software
- Prepare and manage briefings for various litigation cases
- Professionally administer claims and handle complaints
- Draft pleadings and argue motions in court
- Prepare for trials by gathering and organizing necessary materials
- Defend depositions and conduct depositions when required
- Ensure a balanced work-life environment within the team.
