In this position, you will handle a range of tasks related to workers compensation claims, maintain an organized case management system, and use legal software for efficient operations.Responsibilities:• Handle workers compensation claims, conduct comprehensive investigations, and process necessary documentation.• Use legal software such as LexisNexis, and Case Management Software for efficient case handling and documentation.• Oversee plaintiff-side cases, ensuring all legal proceedings are handled accurately and efficiently.• Handle complaint resolution, ensuring all client concerns and issues are addressed in a timely and detail-oriented manner.• Conduct briefings and civil litigation processes as required by the case.• Maintain an efficient management system for all case-related documentation and records.• Stay updated with the latest workers comp law to provide accurate and efficient legal services.• Collaborate with the team to achieve the department's goals.• Maintain accurate customer credit records.
