We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Attorney/Lawyer to join our team in Owings Mills, Maryland. The primary function of this role is to manage complex commercial and business litigation cases in various sectors including, but not limited to, construction, shareholder and joint venture disputes, contract breaches, insurance coverage disputes, business torts, and real estate related litigation. Responsibilities:• Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case preparation.• Manage a diverse array of commercial and business litigation cases.• Communicate effectively with clients to keep them informed about case progress.• Work on shareholder and joint venture disputes, ensuring all legal procedures are followed accurately.• Deal with contract breaches, ensuring all legal actions are taken in the best interest of the client.• Handle insurance coverage disputes, preparing and presenting legal arguments.• Manage business torts and real estate related litigation cases, ensuring all legal procedures are followed accurately.• Maintain a high level of professionalism and independence in managing tasks and responsibilities.
Salary : $115,000 - $130,000
