If you thrive in dynamic environments and possess strong organizational and communication skills, this role might be an excellent fit for you!Key Responsibilities:Deliver professional and efficient service to all internal and external contacts (Source: RH Acronym Guide).Close bills of lading accurately and promptly.Print all necessary documents and ensure proper compilation.Provide the warehouse team with critical loading documentation for operation execution.Perform export clearance processes to facilitate seamless shipping.Dispatch pre-advisory notices (Pre-advises/J2J) to relevant stakeholders for proactive updates.Communicate effectively with the customer service team regarding exceptions or discrepancies in freight documents or cargo receipt.Update shipment milestones in a timely and accurate manner to ensure transparency.Serve as a contingency for customer service by contacting customers about shipment exceptions, providing status updates, or obtaining shipment information efficiently.Support the day-to-day operations of the import/export department to ensure customer satisfaction.Maintain complete and well-organized shipment files with all necessary documentation in proper sequence.Assist with accurate completion and forwarding of payable and receivable documents within established deadlines.Trace shipments through transit points and provide updates to customer service when necessary.Maintain the highest level of data accuracy and integrity by meticulously processing shipment details.Perform additional duties as assigned by the management team.Why Work with Us?At Robert Half, we prioritize connecting skilled professionals like you with meaningful opportunities to advance your career.
