Responsibilities
- Oversee the receipt, inspection, and recording of incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Handle the processing of customer orders, ensuring items are picked and packed accurately and efficiently.
- Prepare necessary shipping documents, labels, and invoices for outgoing shipments.
- Collaborate with carriers and freight companies to schedule pickups and deliveries.
- Manage inventory levels, maintain accurate records, and conduct routine stock audits.
- Organize and store products in designated areas within the warehouse.
- Plan and optimize transportation routes to minimize costs and improve delivery times.
- Monitor the status of shipments and resolve any issues or delays promptly.
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to streamline logistics operations.
- Enter and update data in inventory management and logistics software systems.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, order status, and logistics performance.
