As a BA/PM, you will play a key role in gathering requirements, managing project timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Responsibilities:
· Lead requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
· Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
· Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and ensuring alignment on project goals.
· Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle, from initial planning to post-launch review, and ensure project objectives are met.
· Conduct regular status updates and proactively address potential risks or roadblocks to project success.
· Analyze data and performance metrics to provide insights that drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
· Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to optimize processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
· 7 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar role, with a focus on e-commerce or retail industries.
· Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira).
· Proven experience in requirements gathering, process documentation, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
