This position includes managing external IT service providers to ensure efficient, dependable, and cost-effective support. As the highest authority in IT, the Manager will also be responsible for PCI compliance, vendor coordination, and aligning IT solutions with business goals.

- Menu Programming and System Customization
- Menu programming, coupon programming, Rendezvous Rounds, LTOs, price changes, and any federal minimum wage updates.
- Systems and Software Administration
- Quickly learn: EzCater, SOLINK
- Determine ownership: MUSIC, Phone Messages
- Redeemable Gift Card and/or Loyalty Reward issues.
- Punchh and Thanx conversion
- Network/Internet/Phones through Windstream
