We are looking for a Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) for a “Survey Manager” opening with a thriving and growing mid-sized firm located in the Fort Worth, TX.
Job Responsibilities:
- Management and oversight of all survey projects, ensuring compliance with industry and safety standards.
- Plan, organize, and direct work of survey parties, and related staff, engaged in surveying earth's surface and preparing reports and legal descriptions of the land.
- Operate and maintain surveying instruments such as total stations, levels, and GPS, ensuring accurate and reliable data collection.
- Develop and maintain working relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure project needs and objectives are met.
- Utilize CAD and GIS technologies to analyze data, compile detailed maps, and perform complex computations.
- Review and certify completed survey work to meet statutory and company requirements.
- Provide technical guidance, training, and supervision to field survey crew and office technical staff.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a current Registered Professional Land Surveyor (RPLS) license.
- Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in land surveying and mapping
- Strong knowledge of CAD and GIS systems and tools.
- Strong management, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of industry practices and legal regulations.

Salary : $140,000 - $180,000
