We are in search of a Manager of Applications Development to join our team in the non-profit industry in New York, New York. This role provides a unique opportunity to lead the design, implementation, and management of case management systems and other enterprise applications across the organization. Ensuring that the organization's technology solutions align with its operational goals, you will also be responsible for driving process improvements, innovation, and strategic outcomes.Responsibilities: • Serve as a subject matter expert and advocate for the effective use of technology solutions to enhance operational efficiency and programmatic impact.• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of case management systems and other enterprise applications.• Collaborate with senior leadership, program directors, and departmental stakeholders to assess needs and recommend tailored solutions.• Identify opportunities for process automation, systems integration, and improvements to maximize system functionality and user experience.• Ensure systems support the organization’s ability to deliver on its mission while enhancing reporting, client services, and decision-making capabilities.• Oversee system architecture, configuration, and upgrades to meet evolving organizational needs.• Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies and relevant regulations.• Supervise, mentor, and build capacity within the applications development team.• Plan and manage projects related to case management and enterprise applications, including timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional team coordination.• Ensure systems provide robust reporting capabilities to support performance measurement, grant compliance, and program evaluation.• Act as the liaison between technical teams, program staff, and organizational leadership to bridge communication and align objectives.• Build and maintain relationships with vendors, consultants, and technology partners.
