We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Manager of Technical Support in the Financial Services industry, located in McAllen, Texas. The role involves overseeing Help Desk support personnel, assisting with various hardware and software problems, network support, and password issues for end users. It also requires managing the hiring, daily activities, coaching, evaluating, and counseling of reporting staff.Responsibilities:• Oversee and coordinate first line support to bank employees and troubleshoot computer end user issues.• Assist help desk personnel with resolving various hardware and software problems.• Manage daily activities of reporting staff, including hiring, coaching, evaluating, and counseling.• Follow up with internal customers to ensure satisfactory completion of Help Desk calls.• Document and maintain a record of Help Desk calls in the incident management database.• Oversee Items Processing personnel to ensure efficient operation and quality service.• Maintain compliance with departmental policies, procedures, and ensure integrity and security of sensitive customer information.• Stay updated with internal risk controls, loss prevention, and report suspicious or unusual customer activity per Bank policy.• Maintain knowledge and comply with all federal and state laws and regulations, and all established Bank policies and procedures.• Ensure adherence to all rules, regulations, and laws as they apply to BSA/OFAC/AML by the respective department personnel.
