- Verify patient's insurance coverage by contacting payers and inquiring about enrolment and necessary steps required.
- Operate with a high level of confidentiality and security when handling sensitive information.
- Perform data entry tasks while maintaining the accuracy of all entries.
- Utilize fax and email services to transmit documents as needed.
- Engage in enrolment discussions with various parties.
- Scan, load, and manage various documents, including forms.
- Collaborate with team members to meet or exceed performance metrics.
- Monitor and manage customer accounts, taking appropriate action as necessary.
- Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain precise customer credit records.
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Experience in answering inbound calls professionally and courteously
