- Manage collection processes and follow up on outstanding payments
- Conduct appeals when necessary, ensuring compliance with all regulations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all claims and related transactions
- Utilize specialized software such as Allscripts, Cerner Technologies, EHR SYSTEM, and Epic for various tasks
- Ensure customer inquiries are resolved promptly and professionally.
- Proficiency in handling Appeals
- Demonstrated knowledge of Benefit Functions
- Experience with Billing Functions
- Familiarity with Claim Administration procedures
- Understanding of Collection Processes
- Previous experience with Insurance Claims
