Robert Half Legal is partnering with a large law firm in the loop that's hiring an Associate Attorney with 4-7 years of experience handling sophisticated litigation. This firm is a defense trial practice representing hospitals and medical professionals in professional liability/medical malpractice lawsuits, product liability and insurance defense litigation. The ideal candidate should have experience taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings and motions, conducting written discovery, participating in trial preparation, representing clients in court, and experience with mediation and arbitrations. In addition, a successful candidate must have exceptional academic and professional credentials as well as strong writing, research, and oral advocacy skills. This position is paying between $130-150K plus strong bonus potential and full benefits.
