Responsibilities:• Efficiently handle inbound calls from members and non-members.• Schedule meetings between callers and financial advisors, ensuring smooth communication.• Cross-sell banking services in a detail-oriented and effective manner.• Work towards achieving monthly KPIs, including call wait times and call response times.• Utilize banking software and CRM systems to manage customer interactions.• Assist in guiding job opportunity callers to the relevant recruiter.• Maintain an organized and efficient work environment, demonstrating the ability to multitask.• Adhere to a staggered work schedule, demonstrating flexibility and commitment.• Foster positive relationships with callers through excellent customer service.• Stay updated on company processes and systems through regular training.
