In this role, you will be crucial in handling customer applications, keeping precise customer records, and resolving customer inquiries, while also overseeing customer accounts and initiating appropriate actions.Responsibilities:• Serve as the initial contact for customer inquiries, addressing them through both phone and written communication.• Provide vital clerical support, aiding in data entry tasks for member requests.• Handle policy updates as per customer requests, ensuring they are accurately reflected in the system.• Manage beneficiary changes, ensuring all records are updated accurately and promptly.• Address and process requests for address changes from members, keeping customer records up to date.• Execute other service transactions as needed, maintaining a high level of customer service.• Utilize CRM to maintain customer relationships and ensure a seamless customer experience.• Handle cash activities accurately, adhering to all company policies and procedures.• Leverage knowledge of buying processes to assist customers.• Answer inbound calls, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues promptly.• Use software applications such as ADP - Financial Services, Concur, Crystal Reports, About Time for efficient data processing and report generation.
