Senior Network Engineer - Job Summary
Robert Half is in search of an experienced Network Engineer to join our client's Managed Services team in Green Bay, WI. In this role you will work on the design, implementation, and maintenance of complex network infrastructures and ensure their optimum performance for their client operations.
Worksite Location: Open to any of the below locations, with remote flexibility when not onsite with a client.
Travel (up to 50%): Client base in Green Bay, Eau Claire, Duluth, MN
Company vehicle provided.
Must have a valid driver's license.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, optimize, and troubleshoot complex network infrastructures.
- Collaborate with teams and clients to define project scope and solutions.
- Manage VMware, Microsoft Server environments, and other virtualization technologies.
- Mentor junior team members and lead technical escalations.
- Support pre-sales activities, including solution architecture and scope documentation.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in IT or related field (preferred), or equivalent experience.
- Certifications (preferred): VMware VCP, Fortinet NSE 4 , Microsoft Server certifications.
- 5 years in network management and Microsoft Server environments.
- Proficiency in routing protocols, switching technologies, VLANs, VPNs, and major network equipment (e.g., Cisco, Aruba, Juniper).
- Data Center experience highly preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical skills.
- Valid driver's license required.
