Responsibilities:• Handle inquiries from prospective tenants, including scheduling and conducting apartment tours, as part of leasing support duties.• Respond to tenant concerns and maintenance issues in a timely and detail oriented manner.• Coordinate with Robert Half to manage work orders and resolve problems.• Carry out general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.• Manage email correspondence and maintain up-to-date tenant records.• Oversee the front desk, greeting visitors and answering phones to maintain a welcoming and organized environment.• Collaborate with Robert Half to monitor and address property needs, keeping track of work orders and tenant communications.• Use sales experience to highlight available units and upsell features that align with tenant needs.
