- Performing general clerical work including filing, photocopying, and other tasks.
- Making reference calls when necessary.
- Utilizing accounting software systems and CRM for various tasks.
- Handling billing functions as needed.
- Assisting with the operation of computer programs relevant to the role.
- Keeping track of banner ads and related tasks.
- Demonstrating proficiency in "About Time" and "ADP - Financial Services" software.
- Ensuring all clerical duties are executed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
- Familiarity with ADP - Financial Services
- Capable of creating and managing Banner Ads
- Proficiency in a variety of Computer Programs
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Knowledge of time management software, specifically About Time
- Ability to effectively Answer and manage queries
- Experience in Answering Inbound Calls in a detail oriented manner
- Skilled in performing Billing Functions
- Capable of handling a variety of Clerical Duties
