YOUR MISSION, SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT: Be our go-to for combatting incidents, minimizing downtime & enhancing operations. Keep a hawk's eye on our production systems ensuring peak performance 24/7. Analyze, diagnose & troubleshoot those tricky issues with applications and infrastructure. Perform a root cause analysis, recommend countermeasures to prevent recurrence. Keep a knowledge treasure trove - thorough documentation of systems, processes, and incidents. Collaborate to culminate. Work with Development, QA, and DevOps teams. Lead training sessions because sharing knowledge is the best way to grow. Roll up your sleeves for system upgrades ensuring smooth transition. Tuning system performance to a perfect pitch of efficiency. Generate insightful reports on system performance for management. Champion process improvements. Identify, develop, enhance. Be the guardian of compliance and security within our systems.
Requirements
YOUR TOOLKIT: Technical Skills: JAVA 8/11/17, Spring Boot, MSSQL, PGSQL DB2, RedHat OCP, Linux, Windows IIS, and AWS Native Services like S3, Lambda, and CloudWatch. Bonus: Experience with NodeJS and Angular. TO CRACK THE CODE: You hold a BS/Microsoft degree. You have scripting, database querying, and batch job knowledge. You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Operational & technical support roles. You possess 3 years of experience in a technical lead or equivalent hands-on role. You are known for your excellent problem-solving skills. You thrive working independently yet love contributing to a team. You have experience working with Atlassian Jira & ServiceNow. ?
