We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for an Operations Processor in the Education - University industry, located in Frankfort, Kentucky, United States. The Operations Processor will play a crucial role in our team, handling various processing tasks, ensuring accuracy in data entry and management, and contributing to our fundraising and development efforts.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process and log incoming donations, including checks and credit card contributions.
- Consistently maintain and update donor records in the CRM system.
- Undertake account reconciliation tasks, ensuring accuracy and consistency in financial records.
- Prepare and print acknowledgment letters and donation receipts, adhering to established protocols.
- Utilize word processing and spreadsheet software for tasks such as mail merge, creating labels and envelopes.
- Conduct regular audits of donation records, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of deposit slips for checks and coordinate with the necessary personnel for depositing.
- Handle bulk mailings and manage daily mail operations.
- Participate in data clearing tasks, reconciling deposit receipts to ensure accuracy in the donor system.
- Collaborate in the tracking of scholarship donations and preparation of related communications.
- Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems is required
- Demonstrated experience in Data Processing and Auditing
- Familiarity with Check Processing procedures
- Previous experience handling Donations is desirable
- Knowledge of Bulk Mailings and Daily Mail operations
- Experience in Account Reconciliation is a must
- Ability to perform Daily Reconciliation tasks effectively
- A background in the education sector, specifically university operations, is beneficial
