- Investigate and detect fraudulent activity within the company's financial operations
- Analyze financial documents for signs of fraudulent activity
- Monitor transactions for suspicious patterns or inconsistencies
- Collaborate with other fraud specialists in the industry to share knowledge and best practices
- Utilize Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services for financial operations
- Employ CRM and Data Processing tools for ensuring accurate customer records
- Utilize ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for streamlining operations
- Perform accounting functions and auditing to ensure financial integrity
- Navigate About Time and Budget Processes for efficient time management and financial planning
- Process checks and handle credit card fraud cases
- Perform fraud analytics and investigations to detect fraudulent activities
- Conduct banking credit analysis and ensure banking compliance
- Utilize banking services and banking software for financial operations
- Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and record keeping
- Resolve disputes related to fraudulent activities.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an operations processing role or similar
- Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems and ADP - Financial Services
- Familiarity with CRM, Data Processing, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems
- Experience with the 'About Time' software
- Knowledge of Accounting Functions and Auditing
- Understanding of Budget Processes and Check Processing
- Expertise in Fraud Analytics and Fraud Investigation
- Experience in identifying and handling Credit Card Fraud and Suspected Fraud
- Proven skills in Banking Credit Analysis and Banking Compliance
- Familiarity with Banking Services and Banking Software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Ability to handle Dispute Resolution effectively.
