- Handle high volume phone calls, providing excellent customer service at all times
- Accurately process customer credit applications, ensuring compliance with company standards
- Confirm deliveries and track shipments, ensuring timely delivery of goods
- Carry out data entry tasks, maintaining accurate customer credit records
- Utilize CRM and Microsoft Excel to manage and organize data
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date
- Schedule and coordinate tasks effectively, ensuring the smooth running of office functions.
- Proficient in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
