We are in search of an Operations Specialist to join our team in the manufacturing industry, based in Pennsylvania. The role involves taking charge of receiving and administrative procedures related to the Operations Division. This position offers a contract to permanent employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Administer the coordination and scheduling of warehouse deliveries• Handle the electronic receipt of products into the warehouse inventory• Prepare and manage reports, records, and related documentation• Assist in employee time tracking activities• Manage the upkeep, repairs, logs, and daily safety inspections of the company's fleet of vehicles• Address internal customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service• Oversee and maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring office areas are always neat and organized• Support the Operations Manager in daily tasks and projects• File freight claims for damaged, incorrect, or missing products• Enter labor time into orders to monitor profitability• Input budgets for labor and delivery into the ERP system• Confirm the completion of jobs by running delivery tickets.
