We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant in the Non-Profit industry, based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This role focuses on managing the transition from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion, ensuring seamless collaboration between various partners and a third-party agency. The role also involves cross-functional coordination, requiring a strong understanding of architecture and project management.
Responsibilities:
Oversee the client's transition from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion
Manage relationships between the client, an assessment partner, and a third-party agency
Deal with highly customized Oracle Finance and HCM environments
Drive project success using strong project management skills
Coordinate cross-functionally as part of system modernization efforts
Leverage a background in Financials/Accounting for effective project management
Utilize skills in Atlassian Jira, Cloud Technologies, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, About Time, AB Testing, Agile Scrum, Budget Processes, and Change Management.
Requirements
Proven experience in a Project Management or Senior Consultant role within the Non-Profit sector
Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project tracking and management
Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Cloud Technologies
Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems and their application in a non-profit context
Proficient in using About Time for efficient time tracking and management
Experience with AB Testing methodologies to improve project outcomes
Comprehensive understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies and ability to apply them in project management
Knowledge of budget processes within the non-profit industry, with ability to plan and manage project budgets effectively
Proven skills in Change Management, with the ability to guide teams through changes and transitions.
