The Order Entry Associate will be expected to have intermediate experience in spreadsheets and proficiency in database management. Your responsibilities in this role:Receive orders from e-fulfillment teamSubmit information into spreadsheets, databases and customer relationship management systemsExamine customer information and process invoices as neededCorrect, verify, and delete non-required data and combine data from several different sourcesTrack down further information for documents that are deemed incompleteGive pricing quotes, shipping and handling information and general support to customers via phone and emailKeep detailed records of tasks, files, and progressLook over finalized work, reviewing for errors or duplicate entries before turning in the final product
