This role involves the accurate and efficient processing of customer orders, coordination with various teams for smooth order fulfillment, and the resolution of any order discrepancies or customer concerns.
Responsibilities :
- Efficiently and accurately process customer orders
- Collaborate with warehouse, shipping, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Verify the details of orders, including pricing, quantities, and delivery information
- Maintain and update order records in the system
- Use your skills in Microsoft Excel and Word to organize files and manage data entry
- Utilize your 10 Key Skills to perform calculations related to order processing
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to orders
- Use your experience with email correspondence to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Scan and digitize relevant documents as part of the order processing workflow.
- Proficiency in 10 Key Skills is mandatory
- Exceptional Customer Service abilities
- Competence in Data Entry tasks
- Ability to handle Email Correspondence professionally
- Proficient in using Microsoft Excel
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word is required
- Experience in Organizing Files systematically
- Capability to Perform Calculations accurately
- Skilled in Scanning documents effectively
