Outside Sales Representative

As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for demonstrating and offering extensive range of products. You will also be responsible for the development, coordination, and implementation of sales strategies to increase revenue with both new and existing clients.

• Demonstrate and offer extensive range of products, including Acrylic, Polycarbonate, Foam PVC, Bullet Resistant Acrylic and many other types of plastic sheet.
• Develop, coordinate, and implement sales strategies to increase revenue with both new and existing clients
• Understand market dynamics within channel-to market, including competitors and other industry players in the market.
• Continuously build your market and product knowledge by completing assigned training provided by the company.
• Gather voice-of-the-customer information to inform new product development.
• Develop insights to quantify market size and share by vertical market, product line, and channel through market analysis and an in-depth understanding of the customer and competitor base.
• Build a forward-looking pipeline of new projects and product placements detailing revenue, probability, and expected close dates through CRM platform.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of meeting goals and industrial products sales background is a plus. Experience and marketing to US and LATAM territories a plus.
• Strong phone presence.
• Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, interpersonal and listening skills.
• PC literate, experience with ERP software, Online Ordering, and CRM software.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong work ethic with a passion to succeed.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently.
• Bi-lingual (Spanish/English) is required.
