A Robert Half Client is seeking a highly skilled and results-oriented Paid Media Manager to drive impactful paid social media and broader paid media campaigns. This role will be pivotal in developing, implementing, and optimizing our advertising strategies across key platforms, with a strong emphasis on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads. You will be responsible for maximizing ROI, achieving ambitious growth targets, and providing insightful reporting on campaign performance. Responsibilities:
- Develop and Execute Paid Media Strategies: Create comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with overall marketing objectives, focusing heavily on paid social media (Meta) and Google Ads.
- Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and manage end-to-end paid campaigns across Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), and potentially other relevant platforms.
- Budget Management: Effectively manage and allocate budgets across various campaigns, ensuring optimal spending and efficient resource utilization.
- Audience Targeting & Segmentation: Conduct thorough audience research, identify key target demographics, and develop granular audience segments for precise campaign targeting.
- Ad Creative Optimization: Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals, and continuously test and optimize creative assets for maximum engagement and conversion.
- Platform Expertise (Meta & Google): Demonstrate deep expertise in the intricacies of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including platform best practices, algorithm understanding, and new feature implementation.
- Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Closely monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS), and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Reporting & Insights: Generate regular and insightful reports on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- A/B Testing & Experimentation: Design and implement rigorous A/B tests across various campaign elements (targeting, creative, bidding strategies) to drive continuous improvement.
- Staying Current: Remain up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm updates within the paid social media and broader digital advertising landscape.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure alignment and integrated campaign execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing paid social media campaigns (specifically within Meta Ads Manager) and Google Ads campaigns.
- Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns to achieve measurable results.
- Deep understanding of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) platforms and their respective best practices.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate findings into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) to track and measure campaign performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
Additional Preferred Skills:
