- Handle complex civil litigation cases accurately and efficiently
- Conduct detailed research to support legal proceedings
- Assist in the creation and review of legal documents
- Play an active role in negotiating legal disputes through thorough fact investigation
- Ensure strict compliance with both state and federal regulations
- Maintain and manage client information systematically
- Handle the filing of pleadings and issuing of subpoenas
- Respond promptly and effectively to discovery requests
- Provide support in litigation matters, including e-Filing and Litigation - Filing
- Provide Litigation Support to the team and handle Litigation - Civil and Litigation - Plaintiff tasks efficiently.
- Proven experience as a Paralegal.
- Proficiency in Civil Litigation.
- Familiarity with Complex Litigation practices.
- Skilled in both Civil and Plaintiff Litigation.
- Demonstrated expertise as a Litigation Paralegal.
- Proficient in providing Litigation Support.
- Knowledge and experience in e-Filing.
- Competence in Litigation - Filing.
