Responsibilities:
- Assist attorneys in all aspects of trial preparation.
- Bluebooking/Cite checking
- Undertake comprehensive legal research for trial proceedings.
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and memoranda of law.
- Manage and organize large volumes of documents, including the preservation of evidence and document production.
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain open lines of communication with various stakeholders
