Responsibilities:
• Analyzing business, financial, and other case-related documents and records.
• Applying the rules of civil procedures in both state and federal courts.
• Preparing for and attending arbitration, mediation, and trial.
• Drafting pleadings, discovery, and routine correspondence.
• Developing and maintaining cooperative working relationships.
• Directing and instructing administrative staff effectively.
• Anticipating attorney needs, identifying problems, and finding solutions.
• Managing electronic and paper filing systems.
• Prioritizing a high-volume workload with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reviewing and processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
