Your key role will be to assist attorneys in managing insurance claims, preparing various legal documents, conducting relevant research, and maintaining effective communication with clients and partner law firms.Responsibilities:• Assisting in the management of personal injury cases by ensuring all pertinent information and necessary documents are collected and organized effectively.• Handling insurance claims related to personal injury cases, including filing, negotiation, and settlement processes.• Drafting a variety of legal documents, such as pleadings, discovery requests, responses, motions, and other pertinent documents.• Conducting comprehensive research on relevant laws, regulations, and legal articles to provide support to the legal team.• Preparing for settlements by filing necessary documents with the court and providing assistance to attorneys.• Maintaining regular communication with clients, witnesses, expert witnesses, and partner law firms to gather and confirm essential information.
