Our client, a boutique IP law firm, seeking a skilled Federal Court Litigation Paralegal with preferred experience in Intellectual Property (IP) cases. The candidate will be tasked with a range of activities supporting highly experienced attorneys involved with federal court litigation.Responsibilities Include:1. Assist in the preparation of legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and appeals.2. Conduct legal research to gather and analyze data relevant to court cases.3. Liaise directly with clients, attorneys, court staff, and other involved parties.4. Maintain electronic files and case documents efficiently.5. Assist attorneys in preparation for trial and manage exhibit lists.6. Review, analyze and manage incoming case-related materials.7. Coordinate and track all litigation deadlines.Qualifications:1. At least 3 years of Federal Court Litigation paralegal experience.2. Knowledge of Federal Court rules and e-filing procedures.3. Prior experience in Intellectual Property (IP) cases is highly desirable.4. Bachelor's degree or equivalent, paralegal certification preferred.5. Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.6. Must possess excellent organizational, communication and analytical skills.7.
