The chosen candidate will be an integral part of our team, handling a variety of responsibilities in civil and criminal law, as well as some family and immigration law matters. The role will require expertise in e-filing in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and proficiency in using CLIO SOFTWARE.
Responsibilities:
• Actively engage in client interactions, either over the phone or in person, to understand and address their legal requirements.
• Utilize your expertise in Aderant, Adobe Acrobat, Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS), and other Case Management Software to streamline tasks.
• Provide support in handling various billing functions, briefing, claim administration, and other related tasks.
• Exhibit strong communication skills to liaise between different parties and facilitate the smooth running of legal procedures.
• Utilize CLIO software and e-Filing systems to manage and monitor various legal cases and documents.
• Leverage your experience in calendar management to schedule appointments, deadlines, and court hearings.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of legal documents and correspondence.
• Collaborate with the legal team to prepare for trials, hearings, and meetings.
• Conduct thorough legal research and case analysis as required.
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date case filing system.• Demonstrable experience as a Paralegal or similar legal role
• Proficiency in Aderant and Adobe Acrobat software

• Proven ability to navigate Case Management Software
• Hands-on experience with CompuLaw
