Responsibilities
- E-filing and drafting litigation documents for property damage and personal injury cases.
- Preparing for trials by organizing and managing legal documents.
- Utilizing case management software to keep track of all cases and legal proceedings.
- Managing calendars for two attorneys, ensuring all appointments and deadlines are met.
- Handling discovery, including gathering and organizing evidence and legal documents for attorneys.
- Communicating with Spanish-speaking clients, if applicable, to facilitate the legal process.
- Proficiency in Case Management Software to track and manage legal cases effectively.
- Demonstrable skill in Calendar Management for scheduling appointments, deadlines, and court dates.
- Solid understanding and experience with Discovery to gather and exchange information in the legal process.
- Expertise in Personal Injury Litigation, including preparing legal documents, conducting research, and managing client communication.
