Key Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys with the administration of estates and trusts, including drafting documents and managing timelines.
- Coordinate the post-death administration process, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Support real estate transactions, including due diligence, document preparation, and closing processes.
- Provide assistance with corporate matters, including entity formation, governance, and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification.
- 6 years of relevant experience in estates and trusts, real estate, and corporate law.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in legal software, including document management software, and embracing of new technologies for law practice.
- Able to deal with clients and opposing parties.
