Responsibilities
- Utilize Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS) to manage cases effectively.
- Draft contracts, correspondence, and legal documents with precision and accuracy.
- Maintain meticulous records of all legal proceedings and client interactions.
- Handle client relations professionally, ensuring all inquiries are addressed promptly.
- Use CompuLaw for effective calendar management and scheduling.
- Prepare legal briefings as required.
- Employ Office Suite to draft and edit documents, organize data, and coordinate communications.
- Monitor and manage client accounts in the Consumer Electronics sector.
- Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- At least 1 year of experience in a Paralegal role
- Experience with Automated City Register Information System (ACRIS)
- Familiarity with Case Management Software
- Proficiency in CompuLaw software
- Strong briefing skills
- Effective calendar management skills
- Excellent client relations skills
- Knowledge of consumer electronics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in drafting contracts
- Ability to draft detail oriented correspondence
- Experience in drafting legal documents
- Efficient and accurate record maintenance skills
