This role revolves around providing support to several partners in managing workers compensation cases. The successful candidate will be involved in various tasks such as drafting documents, organizing files, preparing for trials, and maintaining communication with clients and opposing counsels.Responsibilities: • Provide assistance in preparing and presenting trial materials• Draft and prepare necessary files for workers compensation cases• Schedule and manage meetings for 4-5 partners• Maintain regular correspondence with clients and opposing counsels• Manage and update calendar events efficiently• Process and maintain accurate records of customer applications• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and effectively• Implement Workers Comp Law knowledge in daily tasks.
