We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Human Resources Manager in Saint Paul, Minnesota. This role will be pivotal in a small banking environment, where you will be the main point of contact for all HR-related functions.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee the entire talent acquisition process to ensure the bank is staffed with personnel having experience in the required field
- Manage the benefits program to maintain a competitive edge in the labor market
- Handle all employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee satisfaction
- Administer the Leave of Absence (LOA) program, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws
- Oversee payroll for under 100 employees, ensuring timely and accurate payments
- Leverage UKG Pro to optimize HR processes and improve efficiency
- Implement performance management strategies to enhance employee productivity and morale
- Conduct onboarding for new hires, equipping them with the necessary tools and information for success in their roles
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of bi-weekly payroll.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Human Resources role.
- Extensive knowledge and experience in managing Benefit Functions.
- Proven skills in maintaining and enhancing Employee Relations.
- Proficiency in using UKG Pro HR software.
- Experience in managing Payroll for under 100 Employees.
- Ability to process Bi-weekly Payroll efficiently.
- Demonstrated experience in handling Onboarding procedures.
- Track record of effectively managing Employee Performance.
