Responsibilities:• Efficiently process patient credit applications • Keep patient credit records up to date and accurate• Address patient inquiries promptly and professionally• Monitor patient accounts and take necessary actions• Familiarize oneself with Allscripts, Cerner Technologies, and Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) systems • Understand the functionality of EHR SYSTEM and Epic Software• Handle appeals and benefit functions appropriately • Manage billing functions effectively • Administer claims as per the required standards• Participate in Clinical Trial Operations when necessary.
