Your role will also involve mastering various software systems including Allscripts, Cerner Technologies, Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE), EHR SYSTEM, and Epic Software.Responsibilities: • Oversee the administration of patient accounts, ensuring accuracy and efficiency • Utilize Allscripts, Cerner Technologies, Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE), EHR SYSTEM, and Epic Software for various tasks• Manage the billing functions, ensuring that all procedures are billed accurately and in a timely manner• Handle claim administration, processing all claims accurately and efficiently• Oversee appeals process, ensuring that all appeals are handled appropriately and in a timely manner• Utilize Epic Software to manage patient accounts and process claims• Manage benefit functions, ensuring that all benefits are administered correctly• Oversee clinical trial operations, ensuring that all trials are conducted efficiently and effectively• Utilize EHR SYSTEM for various tasks related to patient account management and claim processing• Handle various tasks related to Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) and Cerner Technologies
