In this role, you will be expected to maintain our company's commitment to excellent customer relations and uphold company procedures and policies. You will be working in a dynamic team environment, providing support to caregivers, existing clients and stakeholders.Responsibilities• Facilitate as a patient advocate, providing guidance, resources, and support to incoming patient inquiries via calls and emails.• Attend and represent the company at business networking events to promote our services and attract new business opportunities.• Organize and maintain accurate records of new business connections for upload to the company's sales system.• Conduct follow-up calls and meetings with new and existing business connections, including potential patients.• Complete new patient intake evaluations, both at their homes and over the phone as required.• Gather, process and maintain accurate documentation of patient information.• Travel to patients' locations when necessary for intake evaluations or service management.• Update patient files regularly to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policy and state laws.• Assist the office support team with field caregiver scheduling and rescheduling needs.• Respond to incoming calls and direct communication with field caregivers to provide guidance.
