Responsibilities
- Answering high volumes of patient inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a consistent and exceptional customer service experience
- Scheduling and rescheduling patient appointments
- Accurately recording and maintaining patient records
- Coordinating with medical professionals to ensure the highest level of patient care
What's required in this role?
- Prior healthcare and customer service experience
- Completion of an internet speed test, a typing test, and a computer literacy test
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitasking and prioritizing effectively
- Solid problem-solving abilities
- Strong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systems
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
