Responsibilities• Efficiently process expense reports, ensuring compliance with standard operating procedures and government contract regulations.• Conduct a thorough review of expense reports, identifying any discrepancies or non-compliant items.• Use advanced Excel skills, including vLookups, to manage and analyze data effectively.• Utilize Vantagepoint and Deltek tools for accounting functions and reconciliations.• Assist with various payroll projects, ensuring accurate and timely completion.• Leverage your knowledge of accrual accounting and Ceridian software for efficient payroll management.• Actively identify and address any potential issues or errors in expense reports or payroll processes.• Continuously monitor and maintain accurate customer credit records.• Resolve any customer inquiries or issues related to credit applications or expense reports.• Understand and apply knowledge of indirect cost rate to bill on government projects.
